Policies: Shipping and In-store Pick-up
We make every effort to ship all orders of in-stock merchandise placed before 3:00pm Eastern Time on the same business day. Orders of in-stock merchandise made after 3:00pm on Friday will be processed and shipped the following business day. In the event an item is on back-order, customers will be notified via email or phone. If a portion of an order is out of stock, customers will be given the option of receiving a refund or store credit for the out-of stock item or having it shipped separately at a later date at no extra cost. Diaper cakes and custom gifts ship separately from other merchandise. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery of diaper cakes and custom gifts.
All orders over $65 qualify for free shipping.
We ship using USPS Priority and FedEx Express. A tracking number is assigned and emailed to the customer once the order has been completed. We do not charge your credit card until we have shipped your order. Unfortunately, at this time we only ship to customers in the U.S. and cannot accommodate international orders.
In-store pick-up is available for customers in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. Customers who wish to pick up their order from our home office in Upper Marlboro, MD may fill out our Contact Form to make arrangements.
